Recently we underwent a major upgrade to the forum and some people cannot seem to access it.   I am at a loss as to why this is.   

The forum can be accessed directly HERE but if your username and password isnt being recognised then read the following and see if it helps.  

If not then its possible your account got corrupted during the change over and will have to be reset.  

If you still cant access after trying whats written below then you will need to email me
at this address bill @ southlakes.addr.com (remove the spaces)

Try this.

Try logging in as normal and if asked to tick a box to remember details then tick it

The next step would depend on which browser you are using and would mean deleting temporary internet files
 
This can be achieved thus.
 
In Internet Explorer
 
Tools / Internet Options
Look down the box that comes up  click Delete Cookies
click settings
 
in settings select the option "Every Visit to the page"
 
Hopefully that will fix it.
 
If you have another computer in the house. try entering the user and pass on that just to eliminate other possibilities.
